Happy Summer Game Fest, friends! There have been tons of game announcements so far and more to come as Summer Game Fest continues, and cozy gamers were in for a treat with the official Wholesome Direct on Saturday morning.

Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar
We got a look at the “Cozy Living” trailer for the latest installment of the beloved Story of Seasons series, the American title for the Harvest Moon series by the original series creators at Marvelous.
The upcoming Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar is remake of the 2008 Nintendo DS game Harvest Moon: Grand Bazaar. The game ” builds up and improves on the original in every conceivable way,” developers said in a news release, including new visuals, new characters and an expanded story.
The game launches on August 27 on PC and Nintendo Switch 2.
Gourdlets Together
We love a solo dev (eyeing Stardew Valley and Balatro among others!), and Gourdlets is among the pantheon of fabulous single-dev projects worth your attention. And we learned today that we’re getting a sequel that will include the highly-requested multiplayer.
Gourdlets Together with not only include multiplayer but also fishing. Hehe.
“While still being a super relaxing building game, Gourdlets Together adds much requested multiplayer to the mix and now also lets you go fishing. Craft your perfect island, level up your fishing, and invite friends to hang out and build together. It’s gourd vibes only!” developers said in a news release.
Luma Island
Luma Island drops on June 20 on PC.
Is this Seat Taken?
Described by devs as a “a cozy, no-pressure logic puzzle game where you’re in charge of who sits where.” Is This Seat Taken? released in August on PC, Mac and Linux, in addition to the Google Play and Apple App Store.
“Make your way through hilarious situations as Nat, an aspiring actor who must now play matchmaker for peculiar individuals that aren’t always keen to be seated next to one another. After all, who wants to sit next to someone who smells bad? You’ll need to figure out the perfect placement for everyone on Nat’s globetrotting journey,” developers said in a news release.
On-Together
Cozy, but make it a chatroom! On-Together is described by developers as “a cozy chatroom game designed to help you focus and stay connected with friends,” where you can work quietly together. The game includes productivity tools like focus timers, to-do lists, progress trackers, calendars and more.
