Expanding the Galaxy – A Look at the Supplementary Books of Rogue One

In comparison to last year’s slew of books released to supplement The Force Awakens, the Rogue One materials are more than comparable.  In some ways, I think the coverage this time is a little more satisfactory.  Since Rogue One isn’t starting a new trilogy and meant to stand on its own, the books can dive deeper into the story elements than they could with TFA.

As so many things remain shrouded in mystery regarding the sequel characters/plot, its Visual Guide and Art of books felt constricted in some of things they could reveal.  Rogue One doesn’t have such limitations and these books add a great deal of depth to the film, while hinting at the bigger picture.  If you’re hankering for more Star Wars details and information, you can’t go wrong with any of these.
