Star Wars:Han Solo #1 Debuts in June

Now I may have been critical in the past that Marvel is milking Star Wars titles like an ex member of the O.C who can’t find work now but admittedly the fan in me is excited about the new Han Solo title debuting this summer from Marvel comics. Now I was a big fan of expanded universe novels and some of my favorites were some of the ones featuring Han Solo. The guy had a ton of adventures before finding a punk kid and scruffy old man in Mos Eisley. Well this June artist Mark Brooks and writer Majorie Liu will helm the title staring our favorite scruffy looking nerf herder. The description for the series reads.

Picks From The Rack: Spawn, Ninjak, and Old Man Logan

It's time for this weeks comic book review. So I think I'm all done with Justice League: Gods and Monsters so kind of glad it's ending. Old Man Logan #4 isn't big on dialogue but it does have Wolverine beserker raging all over the place. Ninjak #6 is a welcome return to a character I liked. And this weeks Spawn #255 is the version of All Simmons I like. Check em all out here and keep reading guys.

Marvel Reveals Hip Hop Variant Covers

As a comic collector I've never been one for collecting all the variant covers of my particular titles. Well Marvel you found a way to get me. Starting in October Marvel will be releasing variant covers inspired by hip hop Album covers. And some of these we got sent look pretty damn good.
